Breeders Course /Symposium
Once again Boerboel International is pushing boundaries in the Boerboel World by organising a
breeders course with lecturers from various countries. BI feels that it is time that breeders were
given the opportunity to broaden their knowledge well beyond that what Boerboel International itself
can teach them.
Hence this very impressive list of International lecturers. We would like to invite you to take part in
the breeders course/symposium on the weekend of 18th and 19th September at:

A word about the lecturers
Fred Lanting USA
is a Worldwide canine behaviour & structure consultant who has judging experience in more than
24 countries. He has for many years trained dog judges and has been described as the worlds
leading non veterinarian orthopaedic specialist. Who else could be better qualified to teach us about
the gait and structure of dogs ?
Truels Vallø Bisgaard, Denmark
graduated from ethological Institute Høng, Denmark in 2002,where he studied under Dr Roger
Abrantes, specializing in the teaching of horses and dogs, he has also attended various courses
both at home and abroad. He is inspired by many coaches, but most all by the horses and dogs!
Hester Grobbelaar, South Africa
Is a Senior Judge for Boerboel International. She is also the breeder of Jura Boerboels. Her love for
this breed has been proven time and again. We are very pleased that she has agreed to come and
teach the practical side of judging the boerboel.
Richard Vroomen, The Netherlands
Is a member of The Boerboel International European Team, his tasks being Database Administrator
and one of the masterminds behind event organising ! In his daily life he is a Brigadier with Utrecht
Police, as well as the breeder of Tyson Boerboels. He has the most beautifully mannered
Boerboels you will ever meet ? they would even make Cesar Milan proud !!

- Non Members two day Course £125.00

Appraisal:
Appraisers: Hester Grobbelar, Sonia Morgan
- £60.00 per dog including the character test by Truels Vallo-Bisgaard
- £15.00 Puppy evaluation including puppy workshop for puppy owners by Sonia Morgan on Sunday.
Although this is not an appraisal weekend anyone who wants their dogs appraised will be
accommodated on both days between lectures.
Saturday dogs can be appraised between 10am – 12pm and again from 4pm – 6pm
Sunday dogs can be appraised between 10am – 12pm and again from 3.30pm – 5pm
